Returns + Exchanges
For all online purchases at meridianboutique.com, we will accept returns of full-priced items for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Sale items discounted up to 49% off may only be returned for exchange or store credit if returned within 7 days upon receiving your order. *Return time is calculated from the time you receive your order until the time it enters the mail back to us. Items discounted 50 - 70%+ are not eligible for return. Fragrances, candles, and lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged. Shoes and Jewelry must be returned in original packaging.
Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in salable condition, and with original tags attached. To qualify for a full refund, full-price returns must be requested within 7 days upon receiving your order. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Returns for exchanges or store credit on full-price items must be made within 14 days upon receiving your order.

Online orders are processed Monday through Friday and will ship within 1-3 business days. Orders with 3-day shipping or overnight shipping will ship the same day if orders are placed before 2 PM. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following day.
Meridian Ltd. is not responsible for missing packages, delays in shipping, or charges incurred for refused packages. If a package is lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you.
