ORDER PROCESSING

Online orders are processed Monday through Friday and will ship within 1-3 business days. Our team will be in contact with you by email if there are any postponements.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. An email update will be sent when your order has shipped along with shipping details and a tracking number. You may follow the tracking number link for an estimated delivery.

SHIPPING

We are providing FREE shipping for all orders over $200. In-store pick up is available. Orders with 3-day shipping or overnight shipping will ship the same day if orders are placed before 2 PM. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day.

Orders will ship from our Brick & Mortar location. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Meridian Ltd. is not responsible for missing packages, delays in shipping, or charges incurred for refused packages. If a package is lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you. 

ONLINE ORDER RETURN POLICY


For all online purchases at meridianboutique.com, we will accept returns of full priced items for refund, exchange, or store credit. Purchases made using a discount code greater than 20% may only be returned for exchange or store credit. Fragrances and candles cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in salable condition, and with original tags attached. To qualify for a full refund, returns must be requested within 7 days upon receiving your order. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Original shipping fees are not refundable. Returns for exchanges or store credit must be made within 14 days upon receiving your order.

Please note, we are a small local business and do not offer free shipping on returns.

RETAIL STORE RETURN POLICY


All merchandise returned is issued store credit. Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of the in store purchase date. The original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in salable condition, and with original tags attached. Sale merchandise, fragrances, candles, lingerie, and jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. Shoes must be returned in original packaging.

RETURN BY MAIL

We recommend packages be returned by a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise since Meridian Ltd. is not liable for lost packages. You may select a carrier of your choice. Please print and include your receipt or email confirmation in your return package. Address the package to:
