Shipping Policy
Processing & Weekend Orders: Online orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not have UPS pickup on Saturdays or Sundays; all orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.
Expedited Shipping (3-Day or Overnight):

Orders placed before 2 PM (MT): Ships same day.

Orders placed after 2 PM (MT) or on Weekends: Ships the next business day.
Insurance & Signature Requirements: To ensure your purchase arrives safely, all orders valued at $500 or more are shipped with full insurance and require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package.
Cancellations & Modifications
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please Contact Us immediately. Once an order has been processed and a shipping label has been created, we are unable to make any further changes.
Tracking & Lost Packages
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. While Meridian is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility, we are happy to assist you in the event of a carrier delay or loss.
